
Ingredients:
½ cup lime juice (about 6 large limes)
2 jalapeños, seeds and stems removed
1 serrano, seeds and stem removed
1 cup cilantro leaves
1 tsp salt
4 oz sushi-grade hamachi, thinly sliced
2 Persian cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 avocado, thinly sliced
2 red radishes, thinly sliced
Red onion, thinly sliced
Olive oil, for drizzling
Flaky sea salt, for finishing
Instructions:
Add lime juice, jalapeños, serrano, cilantro, and 1 tsp salt to a food processor or high-speed blender. Blend until almost smooth.
Pour the sauce onto a serving dish and layer with fish, avocado, cucumber, radishes, and red onion.
Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
